Thank you for choosing Skillfully Mine for your shopping needs. We strive to provide the best service possible. Below is our shipment policy, which outlines the shipping procedures, costs, and delivery times for our products.
1. Order Processing

Processing Time: All orders are processed within [7-10 business days] after receiving your order confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping option you choose.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within [ 24 - 48 hours].
4. Duties and Taxes
All of Skillfully Mine orders are shipped internationally from our studio in Indore, India & Singapore to your provided shipping address. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. Skillfully Mine takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address, and will not provide any refunds in such cases.
5. Damaged, Lost or Stolen Items
Skillfully Mine is not liable for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping, and all claims should be directed to the shipment carrier with packaging materials saved. Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is provided, and any costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, unclaimed, or refused packages will be the customer's responsibility. Additionally, shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Return and Refund
6.1 Eligibility for Returns

We do not accept returns as our orders are made to order. In case of a damaged product received, you may contact us within 3 days of receiving the order, with photos of the damaged product, shipping labels, shipment box, and all packaging materials.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as customized products or sale items, may not be eligible for returns. Please refer to the product description for specific return eligibility.
6.2 Return Process for Damaged Products

Shipping Returns: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Refund Approval: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 days. Please note that the refund reflection in your bank account may take up to 10 - 21 business days.
